A Nashville-based REALTOR® serving Middle and East Tennessee — for buyers, sellers, relocators, and investors who want an advisor, not just a transaction.
Real estate is more than a single transaction. It's a tool for options, stability, and future opportunity.
Hailey Estrada is a Nashville-based REALTOR® originally from Southern California. She moved to Tennessee in 2021 and quickly navigated the market as a first-time homebuyer — purchasing her first home, later buying new construction, and ultimately turning her original property into a long-term rental.
Having personally experienced relocation, first-time homeownership, and the trade-offs of investment properties, she brings practical, firsthand insight to every client journey — whether you're buying your first home, exploring an investment, or considering how a property can serve you long-term.
Above all, Hailey is committed to being more than just your agent. She aims to be a lifelong resource and trusted advisor through every stage of your journey.

A decade of marketing. A second career in real estate.A lifelong advisor in the making.
Hailey began her career at Auction.com — the nation's largest online real-estate auction marketplace — where she marketed bank-owned, foreclosure, short-sale, HUD, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae inventory at scale. She managed more than 500,000 emails a week, ran A/B tests on creative and segmentation, and hosted Concierge events educating investors on the auction process.
After nearly a decade in marketing — including stints at Brookdale Senior Living marketing real-estate communities nationwide — she came full circle into real estate herself in 2022. Today she serves buyers, sellers, relocators, and investors across Middle and East Tennessee from Compass's Mount Juliet office.
Buy. Sell. Relocate. Invest. Each one, with the next ten years in mind.
Hailey's practice is organized around four pillars — the same four words in her LinkedIn headline. Underneath each is a deeper advisory philosophy that treats your home as a financial asset, a lifestyle decision, and a long-term option all at once.
- 01
Buy
Buy smarter, with a long-term lens
Whether you're buying your first home, your next home, or your first investment property, the right purchase compounds for years. Hailey helps you weigh not just what a property is today, but what it can become.
- 02
Sell
Position your home as a portfolio asset, not just a listing
A sale isn't the goal — the right sale, at the right time, with the right positioning is. Hailey brings a decade of marketing strategy to every listing: pricing, presentation, channel mix, and buyer qualification.
- 03
Relocate
A trusted connector, in Tennessee and beyond
Relocating to or from Tennessee brings logistics, deadlines, and emotion in equal measure. Hailey has personally relocated across the country and now serves as a vetted connector — both for clients moving in and clients moving out.
- 04
Invest
Real estate as a tool for options, stability, and wealth
Hailey doesn't just sell houses — she helps clients think in portfolios. When to buy, when to hold, when to refinance, when to sell. As a landlord herself, she brings practical, firsthand experience to every investment conversation.

Detailed service outlines, deliverables, and what to expect at every stage — for buyers, sellers, relocators, and investors.
When to buy, when to sell, when to hold — answered with strategy, not pressure.
Hailey works closely with clients to help them think ahead. Real estate decisions are rarely about a single moment; they're about a sequence. A first purchase that becomes a rental. A relocation that opens a new market. A hold that builds the down-payment for the next move.
For clients relocating to or from Tennessee, she also serves as a trusted connector — offering vetted relationships across the country to ensure you're taken care of wherever life takes you.

I had the pleasure of working with Hailey for several years and was always impressed with her strong work ethic and ability to get the job done. She is highly methodical, organized and a fast learner. Hailey quickly became adept in Marketing Automation strategies and technologies in the time that I worked with her. She was always on point with all projects that she managed and was able to complete them with great thoroughness and on schedule. Hailey was an invaluable member of our team and would be an asset to any organization that she is a part of.
Hailey joined our team at the perfect time and was able to learn fast and efficiently. She was inquisitive, resourceful, and approached obstacles with a positive attitude. She took the initiative of managing projects from end-to-end, which she later took ownership of entirely. In addition, her attention to detail shined through our projects as she was able to catch the slightest errors that the rest of our team missed. Her promotion at Ten-X was no surprise to me; I believe Hailey has an aptitude for email marketing as she is extremely thorough and always thinks about the customer experience.
I had the pleasure of working for Hailey for over 2 years at Auction.com, collaborating on many projects. Hailey's ability to juggle multiple tasks boosted the effectiveness of our team to meet rigorous deadlines.
